Let's be honest here...Getting "healthy" has never really been easy or everyone would be doing it....Buuuuutttt it has always been worth it.  I have personally lived a life filled with waves of accomplishment and functional freeze because of the traumatic conditioning I experienced. I am not here as a life coach because I'm perfect.  I'm here as a Shamanic Energy Healer (I'm kinda like a human lie detector) and after a lifetime of trauma, I'm an expert at helping to identify stored trauma in the mind, body and spirit and providing you the space and assistance to work through the issue in the custom way that works for you....From the Root and not a band-aid.

I grew up in a family filled with toxic generational trauma and wasn't taught what "healthy" really was in any capacity.  I repeated that cycle throughout my life until I finally woke up and said WTF is going on?! Then I started therapy and about 3 years later, I'm finally surrendering to my divine calling and stepping into my soul purpose to help others heal from the same trauma I have experienced.
